Reaching out to us
If you contact us (e. g. by email), we utilize the data you provide to us to process your request. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in processing your request per Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. If your request serves the conclusion of a contract with us, the legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
Your data will be deleted after your request has been settled unless we are legally obliged to store it for a longer period. In this case, deletion will be carried out after the obligation has expired.
Registration of a customer account
If you register a customer account, we utilize the data you provide to set up and manage the customer account and to enable you to use the services we offer in connection with the customer account. The legal basis for the corresponding processing of your data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
We will send an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided when registering with the request to confirm your registration. With this, we want to prevent third parties from opening a customer account by misusing your e-mail address. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
The data relating to your customer account will be stored until the deletion of the account. If we are legally obligated to store the data for a more extended period (e.g., to fulfill accounting obligations or legally required evidence) or if we are legally entitled to store the data for a more extended period (e.g., due to an ongoing legal dispute against the owner of a customer account), the data will be deleted after the storage obligation or entitlement has expired.
Website Analytics
We use the tool "Plausible.io" for an analysis of the use of our website. Provider of this tool is Plausible Insights OÜ. The privacy policy of Plausible Insights OÜ explains how these analyses are created and what personal data is processed for this purpose. It should be emphasized that no cookies or profiles of website visitors are used for this purpose, and no data connection with visits to other websites takes place. However, the public IP address of the device used by you is processed, but the address is irrevocably encrypted immediately and not stored.
The legal basis for the corresponding processing of your personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest in the related processing of your personal data is to understand our website's use better to optimize it and its design for technical and marketing purposes.
